The East Port Said SWRO Plant boasts a remarkable capacity of 150,000m3/day, expandable to impressive 250,000m3/day for producing drinking water. The stands for a testament to Egypt’s progressive and visionary leadership. That Egyptian government entrusting the Joint Venture, consisting of Metito and Orascom to be the main contractors of the project. This endeavor falls under the purview of the Egyptian Armed Forces.

In this significant understanding, AMTC had the privilege of representing the HVAC contracting team. Our mission was to meticulously supply and install HVAC and ventilation systems across all plant buildings. We took into careful consideration the unique indoor requirements for each area, tailored to their specific applications. Our paramount concern was to create a safe and conducive environment for both the workforce and the equipment.

The East Port Said SWRO plant managed to complete the construction of the plant without a single injury or any loss of time over a period of five million man hours, by putting in a significant amount of effort, staying focused, and dedicating themselves to maintaining the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations. This result was achieved as a result of routine audits conducted as part of health, safety, and environment (HSE) training sessions.
