Safety always and ever prioritized first. In consequence, AMTC has especially designed a chilling package unit to meet our client’s ThyssenKrupp, Dortmund, requirements. The Safety Chilling Unit system guarantees a seamless and uninterrupted flow of chilled water, ensuring optimal conditions for the safety shower with eye washer, which are located at different locations in an Ammonia/ Urea/ NA/ AN/ CAN fertilizer plant, El-Nasr Company for Intermediate Chemicals- NCIC, at Al-Ain Al-Sokhna, Egypt.
AMTC’s Scope of work was to design, fabricate and deliver a cracking chilling unit system as a pre-assembled package unit on a common especially designed skid, that consists of a chiller, two pumps, two heat exchangers, piping system including accessories, control system, and two UV units.
